Cancellation Policy
I understand life doesn't always go according to plan, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. To ensure fairness and respect for both, client and practitioner, I have the following cancellation policy: All sales are final: Cancellations of appointments or services will not result in a refund. However, I value your well-being and want to support your wellness journey. Therefore, upon cancellation: You will receive 'in-store credit' for the full amount of your cancelled appointment or service. This credit can be used towards rescheduling the same session: simply contact me to rebook with a suitable time. Alternatively, you can use the credit towards a different session of equal or lesser value. I offer a variety of services and products, so find what best suits your current needs. Cancellation window: * To receive full in-store credit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. * Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% credit towards future services. * Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for any credit. PLEASE NOTE: This policy applies to all appointments and services, including individual sessions, workshops, classes, and retreats.
